Oversight & Monitoring
Oversight and monitoring activities are essential to maintain compliance, safety and quality throughout the redevelopment works at the Sri Hartamas Sewage Plant.
This scope includes:
Daily safety and toolbox briefings to reinforce site awareness, hazard prevention, and safe work practices.
Continuous site supervision by the project management and HSE teams to ensure all operations follow approved procedures.
Environmental and compliance monitoring, including sediment control, noise observation and waste-handling practices.
Progress verification through regular site walks, photographic documentation and coordination with subcontractors.
Issue tracking and corrective actions to quickly resolve non-conformities or risks identified on site.
These oversight measures ensure that every activity is executed safely, responsibly and in alignment with regulatory requirements.
